We aren’t a massive factory; it’s just Fox and Conor (and the cats) balancing life and ch**se. To make sure we can get everyone’s orders prepped with the care they deserve, we run a weekly cycle:

• Order Cut-off: Midday every Friday.

• Post Day: Every Wednesday.

If you order after Friday midday, your ch**se will be shipped on the Wednesday of the following week.

In short: No. As much as we love you, MooLàLà is run from our home kitchen and we aren't set up for collections. Also Birmingham Council won’t let us.

We know the postage is a lot of money. We promise postage is at cost price shipping is around £5.50 next day delivery and the ice pack is £1. The rest of the cost is insulation and the box. As we hopfully become buiser and can reduce our costs for you the bigger we get.

Always. We use special ice packs to keep things cool during transit. The best part? They are plant-safe and home-dissolvable. Just snip the corner, pour the contents down the sink with some warm water, and recycle the outer plastic. No waste, no drama.

The insulation can be recycled at local supermarkets.

For best quality, store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within two weeks. Unofficially? Conor and I have tucked into wheels that have been in the fridge for a month and they’ve been great.

Absolutely! Three of our ch**se’s can be frozen and defrosted. L’Anarchiste, Yeast Beast and Boursin. The texture goes slightly softer but it still tastes rad.
