It’s salty, it’s savory and absolutely delicious. Since we had a little extra from our latest batch, we decided to drop a surprise in the post as part of our final round of postage trials. The big news? We are so close now to being able to do online sales. We’re stress testing the boxes, the ice packs, and the courier’s service to make sure your fromage arrives in peak condition. Keep your eyes peeled. The Beast is almost ready to be released to all of your homes.

A few of you asked us at the market, as well as enjoying it on bread what you can do with our ch**se… so here’s one idea from our kitchen today. This afternoon I baked a ch**se and jalapeño sourdough, folding using our Orange Block of Vegan Cr*p. It melts into little pockets through the loaf and the jalapeños give it a nice kick. It’s Conos favourite. When we were in France this weekend I found this terracotta baking pot at a local brocante (French car boot sale) and couldn’t resist it. It was €4 which is a steal. The crust on this loaf is 👌 So if you’re wondering what to do with MooLàLà ch**se… don’t just put it on a board. Bake it into things too! #MooLaLa #VeganCheese
